He's behind her in terms of knowing how the heck you swing - if anything, he tended to use them more for sitting than actually swinging.
As such, as they start, she's definitely got the advantage, leaving Tatsuma behind in the proverbial dust as he tries to rock the swing into actually, you know. Moving.
It's a rare moment when Minako's shortness works in her favor, so of course she's going to take full advantage of it. Keeping her ankles together, she starts pumping her legs back and forth, and slowly but surely her swing starts swaying back and forth.
"I'm doing it, I'm doing it!"
They probably make an odd sight, but at least they're having fun?
It's an odd sight for sure, but it's not like they're stopping anyone else from the joy of swings at the moment, so surely it's fine. He actually turns his head to study what Minako's doing, trying to follow suit!
"F-fast..."
His own swinging attempts are pathetic by comparison. But now that he's starting to learn the rhythm, he's getting some momentum!
Shoot, the count's over already? Well, this will have to be good enough. Putting away the hose, he jogs back to the door takes a peek out of the store, hood up as though that somehow increases his stealth. His feet are tense, ready to dash back inside should he spot Togusa after all, but first he needs to make sure the guy actually sees him.
Togusa doesn't realize he's being led, he just thinks he's found Tatsuma. Ohh, not quite cheating, but all right. Was that not a rule, no water guns in the house? He follows to the building, but keeps to the outside, trying to circle to the back. He has to keep himself from giggling. "You have to come out sometime!" he calls out. He might as well be 8 years old again.
There's silence for a moment, mostly while Tatsuma hauls the bucket over, relying on the closed back door to give him the actual advantage of surprise. And once he's close...
"You got me."
His voice is still soft, almost disappointed. Which should hopefully add to the surprise when he kicks the door open and proceeds to throw a bucketful of water right in Togusa's face.
"Ah..." That would be helpful, actually. He takes out his phone and pulls up the app again, looking over to see what he still needs to do.
This is also the point at which he doesn't know the words, so he's giving in and switching to English. "Compose a nice ode to Janet and share it with someone?"
TATSUMA WHY... why you gotta speak in English... (yams you're a native English speaker in this world shut up)
"Oh! Did you write one already? I did that one too." He kind of cheated and just "shared" it with his roommate, but whatever, it still counted. "You can show me yours, and, hmm..."
Tatsuma doesn't count as a stranger, he doubts there are any ladybugs inside a grocery store, he isn't wearing the right shoes for a quick trip to the beach... but, oh. Duh. There's the obvious choice.
"Do you think you could fit inside the grocery cart?"
Minako; Bingo
"Three!"

"I didn't write one, but... Is it hard to do?" It's just a poem, he thinks, probably to the rage of anyone who's actually studied poetry.
Though he cuts off that thought for a moment to address Yamato's question: "Maybe. Why?"

Does Shinn have any stuff nearby by any chance]

Why.
That's a really pink phone peeking out of it too. ]
Unfortunate, really. As my programming disallows me to harm humans. But I'll get through it one day!!!

[His eyes definitely catch sight of that cellphone.]
Do robots get cellphones from their... uhh, leaders, too?
Kirishima; Bingo
[He tilts his head, innocently confused.
...Which is to say, what the heck are you using your pillowcases for dude.]
Maybe... but the bingo card didn't say it had to work.
[It's all about the specification!]
omg that gif
That's true, actually! So theoretically you can do one hop with them and then run before the clecks get you!

Demons. Oni-type demons? Monsters?
You'd mentioned...possessed bodies, once before. Like zombies.
How on Earth do you fight something like that?
